Common questions.
Do you work with builders on new construction?
Yes. AV Pro handles pre-wire, trim-out and final setup for new builds and remodels, and coordinates with your schedule.
Can you work with equipment I already own?
Often, yes. During the consultation we'll look at what you have and recommend what to keep, what to add and what to replace.
How is pricing handled?
Every project gets a written estimate after the consultation, so you'll know what's included before work begins.
Will I be able to use the system myself?
That's the goal. Every install ends with a walkthrough, and systems are set up to be simple for the whole household.
What happens if something stops working?

Can you fix weak Wi-Fi in part of my house?
Yes. Networking is one of the most common requests, from adding access points to rebuilding a whole-home network.
